What data do we process, how and why?
Website visits: Technical connection data, such as your IP address, access time, requested page, and browser or device information, may be recorded automatically by the infrastructure that delivers this website. This information is processed to operate and secure the website and to diagnose technical problems. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f) of Law No. 6698, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Business and product enquiries: When you contact us by email or telephone, we may process the name, contact details, company information, and message you choose to provide. We use this information to assess and respond to your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare an offer. Where processing is directly related to establishing or performing a contract, the legal basis is Article 5(2)(c) of Law No. 6698. For other business communications, the legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 5(2)(f). This information is collected directly from you.
Legal requests: Information required to respond to a lawful request from a competent authority may be processed to fulfil our legal obligations under Article 5(2)(ç) of Law No. 6698.
Recipients and retention
Technical connection data and business correspondence may be shared with our website hosting and corporate email service providers only to the extent necessary to provide those services. Information may also be disclosed to competent public authorities where required by law. Personal data is retained only for as long as the relevant processing purpose and any applicable legal retention obligation continue. It is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymised in accordance with applicable law.
Cookies and browser storage
This website does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. It uses the first-party preference cookie dkd_cookie_notice for up to 180 days to remember that the informational cookie notice has been closed. It also stores dkd-preloader-seen and, on this page, dkd-privacy-language in your browser's sessionStorage. These session preferences are not sent to our server and are removed by the browser when the tab session ends.
The contact page contains optional Google Maps content. The map is not connected to Google until you actively select Load interactive map. When loaded, your browser connects directly to Google and Google may process technical connection data under its own privacy terms.
If analytics, advertising, or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced in the future, this notice and the necessary preference mechanism must be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Your rights and how to apply
Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; request information if it has been processed; learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used accordingly; learn the third parties to whom it has been transferred in Türkiye or abroad; request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data; request deletion or destruction where the legal conditions are met; request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties to whom the data was transferred; object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis; and claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
You may submit your request in writing to the postal address above or by another method permitted by applicable legislation. You may also write to info@dkd.biz.tr from an email address that you previously provided to us and that is recorded in our systems. Applications are handled as soon as possible and no later than 30 days, depending on the nature of the request.

Hangi verileri, nasıl ve neden işliyoruz?
Web sitesi ziyaretleri: IP adresiniz, erişim zamanı, talep edilen sayfa ve tarayıcı veya cihaz bilgisi gibi teknik bağlantı verileri, siteyi sunan altyapı tarafından otomatik olarak kaydedilebilir. Bu bilgiler talebinizi değerlendirmek, yanıtlamak ve gerektiğinde teklif hazırlamak için kullanılır. İşlemenin bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifasıyla doğrudan ilgili olduğu durumlarda hukuki sebep Kanun'un 5/2(c) maddesidir. Diğer iş iletişimlerinde hukuki sebep 5/2(f) maddesindeki meşru menfaatimizdir. Bilgiler doğrudan sizden elde edilir.
Yasal talepler: Yetkili bir makamın hukuka uygun talebine cevap vermek için gerekli bilgiler, Kanun'un 5/2(ç) maddesi uyarınca hukuki yükümlülüğümüzü yerine getirmek amacıyla işlenebilir.
Aktarım ve saklama
Teknik bağlantı verileri ve iş yazışmaları, yalnızca ilgili hizmetlerin sunulması için gerekli olduğu ölçüde web barındırma ve kurumsal e-posta hizmeti sağlayıcılarımızla paylaşılabilir. Bilgiler, kanunen gerekli olduğunda yetkili kamu kurumlarına da açıklanabilir. Kişisel veriler yalnızca ilgili işleme amacı ve uygulanabilir yasal saklama yükümlülüğü devam ettiği sürece saklanır; daha sonra yürürlükteki mevzuata uygun olarak silinir, yok edilir veya anonim hâle getirilir.

Haklarınız ve başvuru yöntemi
6698 sayılı Kanun'un 11. maddesi uyarınca kişisel verilerinizin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme; işlenmişse bilgi talep etme; işleme amacını ve amaca uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme; yurt içinde veya yurt dışında aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme; eksik veya yanlış verilerin düzeltilmesini isteme; yasal şartları varsa silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme; düzeltme, silme veya yok etme işlemlerinin verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme; yalnızca otomatik analiz sonucunda aleyhinize bir sonuç ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme ve hukuka aykırı işleme nedeniyle zarara uğramanız hâlinde tazminat talep etme haklarına sahipsiniz.
Başvurunuzu yukarıdaki posta adresine yazılı olarak veya yürürlükteki mevzuatın izin verdiği diğer yöntemlerle iletebilirsiniz. Daha önce tarafımıza bildirdiğiniz ve sistemlerimizde kayıtlı bulunan e-posta adresinizden info@dkd.biz.tr adresine de yazabilirsiniz. Başvurular, niteliğine göre mümkün olan en kısa sürede ve en geç 30 gün içinde sonuçlandırılır.
