Use guidance
Apply the mortar on the insulation board using a steel trowel. Notch the first coat of plaster with 4x4 mm tooth thickness notched trowel for homogenous thickness. Gently press and fit in reinforcement mesh using a steel trowel before the plaster mortar dries. Apply in 10 cm overlaps at the joints of reinforcement mesh. Second coat can be applied when the first coat dries off. Smoothen surfaces with a steel trowel after the second coat. The screed application on the thermal insulation boards shouldn’t be thicker than 4 mm. When the screed mortar completely dries off, the last coat that is able to breathe is applied.
